We want you to love your Bodega Bag. If it is not right for you, our 30 day money back guarantee has you covered.

30 day returns

You can return your Bodega Bag within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, the bag should be unused and in its original condition, with any tags and packaging it arrived with.

How to start a return

Email us at support@bodegabag.us with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send anything back until we reply with return instructions. We aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Saturday.

Returns must be sent with tracked delivery, and we will ask you to share the tracking number with us so we can follow your return.

Return shipping

If you are returning a bag because you changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is yours. If your bag arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover it and will explain how in our reply.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If something is wrong with your order, please email us as soon as possible, and within 30 days of delivery, with your order number, a short description of the problem and photos or a video of the issue. We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we will email you to confirm your refund. We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days of receiving the return. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and card refunds usually appear within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping on our orders is free, so there are no shipping charges to refund. If you return one bag from a Double Bag Set, we refund the amount you paid for that bag after the set discount.

If your refund has not arrived after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then email us and we will help.

Orders that never arrive

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of being shipped, email us with your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
