Shipping policy

Every Bodega Bag order ships free within the USA, and every order is fully tracked from our door to yours.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and dispatched the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays, and processing may take a little longer during busy periods.

Delivery time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery usually takes 4 to 6 days. During busy or seasonal periods it can take up to 14 days.

Tracking

Every order is fully tracked. We email your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so please allow up to 48 hours for it to arrive. Tracking can take up to 3 business days to show updates after dispatch.

Address details

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Late or missing orders

If your tracking has not updated for a while or your order seems late, email us with your order number and we will look into it. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of being shipped, we will send a replacement or give you a refund.

Changes and cancellations

We start processing orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. We can usually help before your order is dispatched, but changes may not be possible once processing has begun.
